Printing
Customizing your packaging is the key to differentiating your company from your competition. We offer various types of custom printing on an array of products, including bags, boxes, gift wrap, ribbon, tissue and labels. Each process is specific to what you want to achieve, keeping in mind the estimated usage and your budget. Some of the highlights are listed below:
Preprinting
The art of printing a substrate before it is made into a bag, a box or any other end use product. This method allows us to print any and all designs. We can match PMS ink colors and even print 4 color process images. Typically this process requires minimum quantities, which can vary depending on the specific product.
Post Printing
This process allows us to print stock products such as bags and boxes. We can do as little as one case if necessary. We use rubber plates and print using the flexographic method.
Digital Printing
A process that allows multiple colors and tight registration and is available in small quantities. This process is typically more expensive. The image works best when centered on the bag.
Silk Screened
A technique that allows multiple colors and PMS color matches. It works very well on reusable bags.
Hot Stamping
A Foil heat transfer process and is our most popular option. The foil is available in 29 metallic and 25 matte colors.
